House Arkulin is located near Dubrovnik, Lovorno, region of Konavli, which is known as a place with beautifull and clean nature, architecture, cultural heritage, unique souvenirs, folklore and home made food and delicious wine.
House is in a sunny elevated position in the green, south-west facing position, surrounded with dense forest, silence and chirping of a birds.
House Arkulin is 28 km from Dubrovnik, 12 km from Cavtat, 12 km from air port in Èilipi, 15 km from Mlini and 13 km from Molunat. House is 1 km from market shop and post office and 3 km from two great restaurants which offer delicious home made food and beverages.
It is bulit on a plot of 1350 m2 ( fenced ). House has ground floor ( first floor ) and second floor ( two apartments ), they together have 180 m2 with great structure and air condition.
Exterior 250 m2, stone terrace with two wooden set for sitting. Above the terrace 80 m2 of lineage which gives natural cold steel. House is surrounded with 200 m2 of lawn, all tidy and clean. On a left side of the house proud stands natural garden ( park ) with trees ( olives, laurel, fruits..) and flowers, in the garden also bench, swing and wooden garniture, playground ( concrete, which has universal purpose; basketball, volleyball, badminton.). Village has a beautifull view of Konavle field, partly blocked with dense oak forest and authentic dalmatian plants. Field is plant with grape vine, fruits and vegetables, through field you may see rustic roads and river Ljuta.
Visitors may also go on a tripo or visit city Dubrovnik, known as a beautifull and unique city, or visit Cavtat, Molunat, Park Prevlaka, Mlini and enjoy in their charm.
You may also go mountaineering on mountain Snje¾nica ( 1234 ), drive jeep safari, ride horses, visit folklore in Èilipi, or just enjoy in home made food and beverages of many restaurants near.
In neighbourhood you may buy home made wine and spirit ( brandy ) or authentic souvenirs for memory.
